- Approves project initiation plans, including: requirements, scope, costs, schedule, and deliverables

- Initiates projects.
- Implements software maintenance project requirements, specifications, testing, and integration.

- Assists with the requirements, specifications, testing, and integration.
- Manages software maintenance and implementation.
- Accountable for all implementation of project deliverables.
- Leads the development of project initiation.
- Interfaces with customer to resolve continuous changes in the software maintenance project.
- Engages US project engineers, as required, to insure deliverables are met.

- Supports analysis and development of project initiation plans, including assessment of risks and mitigation actions.
- Manages implementation team, project engineers, and software maintenance project management execution.
- Insures product quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
