Software Engineering Process
Our software engineering process always starts with our US-based system and project engineering services. We work with our customers to establish a clear set of software engineering requirements and project plans, including the agreed upon requirements, project scope, estimated costs, schedule, and deliverables.
Project implementation then commences in India by deploying core Cyber Group services prescribed for each project plan. Our effort from project commencement to deliverables is billed on time and materials expended for actual efforts. Cyber Group does not impose “ongoing fees” on its customers.
The key elements of our success in the software engineering process include our efficient “on-shore off-shore” software maintenance and development process, custom software engineering, quality management, change management, and ongoing communication between all parties, including our customers and our domestic and international project managers.
Our Value Engineering Process (VEP) manifests the definition of a well-balanced set of requirements from competing drivers, including marketing, technology, time to market and business. Our VEP consists of a well-tuned series of checks and balances that occur throughout the
software engineering process, which enforce strict adherence to systems engineering methodologies and personalized attention to requirements management, and ensure compliance with
software engineering requirements, schedule, and budget.
