Electronic Engineering ProcessOur engagements for our services always start with our US-based system and project engineering services. We work with the customer to establish a clear set of requirements and project plan including the agreed upon requirements, schedule, deliverables and estimated scope of costs. Then, the project execution and implementation effort, utilizing the mix of core Cyber Group services prescribed in the project plan, commences in India. Our effort from commencement of the engagement through providing deliverables is billed to our customer on a time and materials basis for our actual effort expended in completing the project. Our approach and electronic engineering process is (1) rooted in U.S. Military Standards Specifications, and (2) our experience in conducting multi-site engineering developments to successfully deliver embedded electronic controls systems developed microprocessor/DSP-based complex systems. The key elements of our engineering process include the engineering and development process, quality management, change management, communication and custom requirements engineering. Value Engineering Process
Our Value Engineering Process (VEP) facilitates the definition of a well-balanced set of requirements from competing drivers: marketing, technology, time to market and business, and drives strict adherence to systems engineering methodology and personalized attention to requirements management to ensure compliance with requirements, schedule and budget.  For each engagement, the U.S.-based System Project Engineer manages the development team in India as well as performs the primary customer interface working with the customer’s engineering team in the U.S. The engineering development activity at Cyber Group’s facilities includes “Hardware/Equipment-in-the-loop” testing of the software.
