Ms. Dhall serves as the Company’s chairperson and chief administrative officer. She has over thirty years experience in the legal profession, the majority of which has been as a practicing attorney in a number of branches of the law, including corporation regulation, Kamla Dhallcriminal and civil disputes and torts, and international and immigration law. She is admitted to the Texas Bar, as well as the Kenya Bar and as a Barrister-at-Law in the United Kingdom. Ms. Dhall holds a L.L.M. degree from Harvard Law School.

Kanwal Rekhi

Mr. Rekhi is a leading, highly respected entrepreneur, both as a venture capitalist and angel investor. He founded Excelan, one of the earliest networking companies, which was later sold to Novell, and is the founding president of The Entrepreneur (TiE) GroupKanwal Rekhi. As a venture angel, he was instrumental in the successful launching of Exodus Communications. Forbes magazine called him 'the dominant investor in and sage to Silicon Valley's affluent Indian community'; the magazine also highlighted his funding of more than fifteen companies started by Indian immigrants. Mr. Rekhi is currently involved at the board level in many companies including 123signup.com, Instantis, Mediaway, Sierra Atlantic, and Versata. He has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at Michigan Tech University.

Sam Smith

Mr. Smith has been at the forefront of the IT industry throughout his career. From 1989 to 1996, he was Chairman of the Board of Landmark Graphics Corporation. Prior to that time, Texas InstrumentsMr. Smith was a special limited partner at Sevin Rosen Management, a Texas based venture capital firm that has backed a number of high technology firms, including Compaq, Lotus Development, and Silicon Graphics. In his long career at Texas Instruments, he held a number of key management positions, including Group Vice President of the Data Systems and Defense Systems Groups. Presently he serves on the boards of a number of technology companies. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
